Double Carriage House & Workshop Information

A traditional open fronted Double Carriage House & Workshop extension.

Carriage House entrance is constructed in oak with curved braces, morticed and tennoned and pegged in the time honoured way. Workshop has a patten 2N10C window, clear single glazed to the front elevation and a t&g personal door with rimlock in the partition. Partition is clad Carriage House side to eaves in weatherboard or shiplap and from eaves to ridge in vertical tgv.

Eaves height is 2.30m, entrance size is 2.15m high x 2.47m (if 5.4m long) or 2.77m (if 6.0m long) and roof covering is grey mineralised felt.

Sawn weatherboard or planed shiplap may be specified.

A Double Carriage House & Workshop may be modified to accept conventional tiles or slates.
